Product Specification
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
PWM controller o f h igh-performance current mode is
spe cially designed f or A C/DC t ransformer w ith h igh
performance and price ra tio, which supp lies cont inuous
output p ower o f 1 5W within the range of wide-voltage
between 85V and 265V , the ou tput po wer of pea k value
can be up to 18 W. The co mbination of optimized
reasonable circuit design and b ipolar fa cture te chnology
with h igh pe rformance and p rice ratio economizes the
whole cost ultimately. The power controller can be applied
to the typical fly-back cir cuit topo logy so as to fo rm a
simple AC/DC tr ansformer. When the output power is
lower, IC will reduce the w orking frequency automatically,
therefore, the standby pow er con sumption be comes
extremely low. When the power tube is closed, the interior
circuit will bias it reversely, utilize the characteristic of high
pressure resistance CB of b ipolar transistor d irectly, and
impr ove its pressure resistan ce capacity to the h igh
voltage of 800 V, which ensures the security of the power
tube.

Meanwh ile, th e per fect funct ion of overload and
saturation prevention is p rovided in side of IC, which can
keep aw ay some abnor mal statu s, su ch as overload,
saturation of transformer, and output short circuit, so as to
improve the r eliability of the power supply. The cur rent
limit and clo ck f requen cy can be set up by exte rior
component s.

Now the standard en capsulation and the en vironmental
protection leadless encapsulation that mee ts European
standard of DIP8 are supplied .

FEATURES
Set-in h igh-voltage pow er switch tube o f 800V and few
peripheral co mponents.

With the modulation of lock pu lse width, the testing is
according to the pu lse lim it cu rrent.
.
With the function of output frequency reduction, the non-
output p ower c onsumption can b e less than 0.3 W.
Inner -bu ilt ram p and anti-feedback co mpen sat ion
fun ction.

The independent upper-limit cu rrent testing controller
deals with over-current and o ver-load of the controller real-
timel y.
.
The period emission pole is turned o ff and it outpu ts by
deflected voltage, and the pressure resistance of the power
tube is im proved.
.
Set-in curren t lim it r esistance with te mpe rature.
compensat ion, which ma kes the cu rrent lim it precise .
Set-in hea t protection circuit.
.
Startup is a ccomplished w ith the magnification function
of the switch pow er tube , and the power consumption of
startup resistance is reduced more than 10 times.

Continuou s w ide-voltage ou tput pow er reaches 15W,
