Description and Applications
Packaged in the robust industry-standard TO220AB, ITO220AB and
TO262 packages, the SBRT40V100CT, SBRT40V100CTFP and
SBRT40V100CTE provide very low VF and excellent reverse leakage
stability at high temperatures. They are ideal for use as a rectifier,
freewheel diode or blocking diode in:
